Ingredients
10oz Red crab meat
1tsp Minced garlic
1 Shallot, brunoise
1tsbp Cilantro, chopped
1 Lemon zest, juice
1tbsp Mayonnaise
1tbsp Panko
Salt to taste

Method
1. Squeeze excess water from crab meat, place in a mixing bowl, and set aside.
2. Vegetables, mayonnaise, and panko to crab meat.
3. Add lemon zest and its juice. Salt to taste
4. Oil a pan, cook both side of crab cakes till golden brown.
5. Serve with tartar sauce, small salad.
