Aeroplan members will be able to start collecting points by shopping on Amazon.ca starting on April 24.
Members will be able to earn at least one Aeroplan mile for every $1 dollar spent on most Amazon.ca purchases, according to details provided by Aeroplan on Monday. Status members will be able to earn miles faster.

Aeroplan users with silver and black status will receive up to twice the miles on Amazon.ca transactions, while those with diamond status stand to earn up to three times the miles. Members with an Aeroplan-affiliated financial card will earn twice the miles.
To collect miles, users will have to access Amazon.ca via the Aeroplan website, the loyalty program said.
