A ringette event took place at Market Square as a part of Feb Fest Sunday, with nearly 50 kids participating. Children five years of age and older were welcome to join.
The event was organized by the Kingston Ringette Association, which started with a demonstration to show kids how it’s played.

“We just hope to get as many people out here as possible, people of all ages, just to gain awareness for the sportto show people how fun it is,” says team lead Sydney Bowles.
The event was a part of Feb Fest which continues until February 28 at Market Square.
