Burning candles started a fire in Saskatoon on Sunday morning that caused $100,000 in damage.
Crews were called to 301 33rd St. W. at around 10 a.m. CT for a report of smoke in the building.
Firefighters arrived to find nothing showing outside the building but said when they entered, they encountered smoke with the heaviest concentration in the basement.

A small fire was found in a storage room and crews quickly put it out.
Ventilators were used to remove smoke from the building along with an adjoining building.
The Saskatoon Fire Department is reminding people that burning candles should not be left unattended.
