A man from Clairmont, Alta. has died after a single-vehicle rollover Sunday morning.
RCMP said in a Monday news release the vehicle was travelling north on Highway 2 north of Grande Prairie, Alta. when it rolled near Webster, Alta.
The driver, a 35-year-old man, was pronounced dead at the scene. A passenger was taken to hospital and was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
Police believe that icy road conditions contributed to the crash. An RCMP collision analyst attended the scene and the investigation is ongoing.
Next of kin have been notified and the man’s identity will not be released.
