Environment Canada issued a winter storm warning for parts of southern Alberta Sunday, warning some areas could see more than 20 centimeters of snow.
A low pressure system is expected to hit Alberta with snowfall to accumulate overnight into Monday morning.
The warning said that the City of Calgary was likely to receive closer to 10 cm.
Strong winds will accompany the snow, gusts could hit upwards of 90 km/hour.

Drivers are being advised that roadways and major highways could be difficult to navigate due to snow accumulation.
The snowfall could also have a major impact on the Monday morning commute.
