RCMP release composite sketch of Watson, Sask. armed robbery suspect

Two people were bear sprayed during an armed robbery at a business in Watson, Sask.

Humboldt RCMP, along with Lanigan RCMP, were called to the business at around 12:20 a.m. CT on Sept. 28 after an employee and a bystander were sprayed with bear mace by a masked man.

Investigators said the man’s mask came loose at one point during the armed robbery.

He then grabbed property and a purse containing an undisclosed amount of cash along with debit and credit cards before fleeing.

The two victims were treated by paramedics at the scene.

The suspect is five-foot nine or 10 with brown hair. He was wearing a white T-shirt and a dark hoodie.
