Police said the death is being treated as suspicious.

Police did not say if they had made any arrests or if they had any suspects in the shooting.

“I know we have witnesses that were in the building, I don’t know as to where they were,” Insp. Joel Whittaker said, adding police were still looking for witnesses.

On Thursday night, police identified the victim as 76-year-old Nexhmi “Nick” Nuhi.

On Friday afternoon, police said an autopsy confirmed Nuhi died of a gunshot wound.
