Directions:
> In a pot add 1 – 2 tablespoons oil, 1½ cups red lentils*, 1½ teaspoons salt and contents of Daksha’s Gourmet Spices DAAL CURRY MIX. Stir.
> Add 8 cups of water and stir. Cover and cook on medium heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
> Cook for a further 5 to 10 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally.

*Substitute Red Lentils with Mung Daal, Mung Beans, Mixed Lentils or Lentils of your choice.
