A 48-year-old Fredericton man, who RCMP allege is a full patch member of the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club, has had 12 new charges laid against him.
The charges against Robin Moulton include possession of and trafficking in cocaine, along with a drug paraphernalia charge and nine weapons-related offences.
RCMP have also seized a number of items related to Moulton’s arrest.
Two charges laid against Moulton when he was arrested Aug. 22 near Woodstock, N.B. were dropped.

He has been denied bail and will remain in custody
The defence has asked for another four to six weeks before the case returns to a courtroom. That will take place in Saint John Oct. 12 with a date expected to be set for election and plea. The case could still wind up back in Woodstock Provincial Court.
Moulton’s aunt, who says he was born in Saint John, was among those in court to show support and described her nephew as a good kid.
“He was brought up decent,” said Shirley Robinson.”He probably steered a little wrong and sometimes we all do.”
Meanwhile, 40-year-old Marie Antonette Bugay, who police say is a known associate of Moulton, is due in court Friday morning on drug and weapons charges.
