Back in 2015, Kunis and Kutcher sued tabloid The Daily Mail and its website MailOnline after both publications published pictures of their newborn daughter, Wyatt.
In the couple’s claim, they declared that both publications wrongfully published photographs of the family at the beach without their knowledge or their approval.
Now, the couple and MailOnline have come to an agreement and released a joint statement:
Ashton Kutcher, Mila Kunis and MailOnline are pleased to confirm through their legal representatives that they have reached a satisfactory resolution of their legal action, which includes an agreement to pixelate photographs of their daughter, Wyatt, their son, Dimitri, and any future children they should have together.
Kunis and Kutcher welcomed their second child, Dimitri, in November 2016. Following the birth of his son, Kutcher released a statement asking for the public and media to respect their children and afford them privacy.
“We’d like to allow our kids to make their own choices on whether to have a life in the public eye or not,” Kutcher told A Plus. “We don’t want to make the choice for them.”
