Viva Las Raiders.

The “Black Hole” is moving east, from Oakland to Las Vegas, after NFL owners voted 31-1 to approve the relocation of the Raiders.

The Miami Dolphins were the only team to vote against the move, with owner Stephen Ross saying we “owe it to the fans to do everything we can to stay in the communities that have supported us until all options have been exhausted.”

But unlike the Chargers, who announced their move from San Diego to Los Angeles after last season, the Raiders will continue to play in Oakland for at least the next two years.

Their $1.7-billion stadium in Vegas isn’t expected to be completed until 2020, making for a long swan song in the bay.

Awkward.

Even so, the Silver and Black are the perfect fit for Sin City.

The Raiders, at least in their heyday, were the epitome of a nasty, break the rules — and some of your bones — type of team.

This should be a good move for owner Mark Davis who, like the Chargers’ Dean Spanos, was pining for a new stadium for years.

And when billionaire NFL owners don’t get what they want they usually make a fuss and move their team.

We’ve seen it with the Colts, Browns, Cardinals, Rams, et cetera, et cetera.

And, as always, the biggest losers are the fans, who will see the Raiders relocate for the third time in 35 years.
