The speeding driver who caused a serious Highway 97 crash has been sentenced to jail and probation.
It happened on the night of August 4, 2014 in Lake Country.
Witnesses estimate a Cadillac sedan was travelling at about 150 km/h when the driver lost control on a curve and crossed into the oncoming lanes, hitting a pickup truck.
Two people were injured and traffic was impeded for about eight hours while the wreckage was cleared and police investigated.
Cody Wade Kenith Pipe has now pleaded guilty to dangerous driving causing bodily harm.

He was sentenced to four months jail followed by 18 months probation.
Pipe must also pay a Victim Surcharge fee of $400.
