A front-door surveillance camera recently captured a Christmas Grinch in Burnaby.

The homeowner, who shared the footage with Global News, says the camera captured a man around 4:30 a.m. on Dec. 1 approach their home in Vancouver Heights, North Burnaby.

The man can be seen walking up to the door, and then seems to be admiring the wreath. He then takes it off the door, looks at it for a few more seconds and then walks off with it.

Just a few days ago, Ridge Meadows RCMP launched an investigation in Pitt Meadows after they were shown a video of vandals trashing Christmas decorations outside a home.
