KELOWNA – A man has admitted his criminal guilt in the Kelowna case of a trespassing sex romp in a stranger’s hot tub.
The night-time escapade in May was captured by a security surveillance camera.
It shows a man and woman as they drank alcohol, smoked cigarettes and engaged in intimate acts.
They didn’t know the hot tub owners who were not home at the time.
Monday in provincial court, Noah Alexander McDonald pleaded guilty to trespassing at night and mischief.
McDonald will be sentenced at a later date.
Court documents indicate his alleged romantic accomplice, Sarah Ann Clementi, will likely plead guilty in a court appearance Friday.
