Tonight

Friday

We’re expecting clouds to build back in during the day, but cold air will continue to press in from the north, keeping our daytime high just below freezing.

It will feel cold, particularly because the first half of the month was so warm, but in fact it could even be an above seasonal day with our normal daytime high for this time of the year being -2.

Weekend

A building upper ridge will help push back in the heat this weekend with temperatures pushing back up toward the freezing mark on Saturday and just above for Sunday.

We’ll see some waves of cloud cover also move in this weekend with partly to mostly cloudy skies expected throughout the period and a chance of flurries Saturday night into Sunday morning.

Work Week Outlook

A low pressure system will swing through on Monday bringing clouds with it along with a chance of precipitation and temperatures back up above freezing by a few degrees.

Daytime highs will then stabilize at or just above freezing under partly to mostly cloudy skies into the middle of the work week.
