The Vernon/North Okanagan RCMP are on the hunt for a suspect after an armed robbery at Vernon Cash Solutions Inc.
It happened on Thursday at about 1:30 p.m.
Police say a man entered the store, produced what appeared to be a handgun, and demanded money.

The man then fled on foot.
The woman who was working at the store was not injured, but was shaken up by the incident.

The man is described as Caucasian, about six feet tall, with a stocky build and a tattoo on his left hand.
He was wearing sunglasses and a hooded sweatshirt.
