B.C. premier responds to Supreme Court of Canada decision on teachers’ bargaining rights

Premier Christy Clark was in West Kelowna Friday, attending Remembrance Day services at Royal LePage Place.

Local reporters took the opportunity to question Clark about the Supreme Court of Canada’s recent ruling that restores class size and composition to teachers’ bargaining rights.

Premier Christy Clark was the education minister who removed class size and composition from the B.C. Teachers’ Federation contract in 2002, sparking the court action.
