Prince Albert, Sask. hospital returns to normal after bed bugs found in emergency

Operations have returned to normal in the emergency department of Victoria Hospital in Prince Albert, Sask., following the discovery of bed bugs.

Officials with the Prince Albert Parkland Health Region said the discovery caused a temporary disruption in services after the bed bugs were found on Tuesday.

Two areas in the emergency department were not available while crews treated and cleared the affected areas.

Officials with the health region said operations returned to normal late Tuesday evening.
