Palmer was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant following a break-in at a Moosomin, Sask., business.

Police said a search at the time turned up a significant amount of cash, numerous tools, and a loaded gun later determined to have been stolen last winter from an Alberta home.

Palmer is now believed to be responsible for a rash of break and enters across Saskatchewan.

“The number of charges laid showcases the in-depth investigation and teamwork that was required to bring a conclusion to so many break and enter and theft complaints.”
