Gilles Marini (ZHILZ ma-REE’-nee) and Shawn Johnson are tied for first heading into tonight’s elimination. Kirstie Alley was the low-scorer on the judges’ leaderboard.

He’s suing the New York media group, as well as DJ Bubba the Love Sponge Clem, and Clem’s ex-wife Heather. The suit says the sex between Heather Clem and Hogan was consensual, but they were secretly video taped six years ago. Hogan’s lawyer says all Americans have a reasonable expectation of privacy in their bedrooms. Hogan also claims the video caused “severe and irreparable injury which cannot be adequately compensated by monetary damages.” Gawker hasn’t yet responded to the suit.

EYE DISEASE AWARENESS

NEW YORK (AP) — The boyfriend of Deborah Ann Woll of “True Blood” is raising money and awareness about a degenerative eye disease that will make him legally blind. E.J. Scott tells Men’s Fitness magazine that he plans to run a marathon a month in a different state for 12 months. He’s 36 now and expects to be blind by the time he hits 50. He says he learned he had the disease nine years ago, when his younger brother was diagnosed. He later learned that his older sister was a carrier and his maternal grandfather also had the disease. Woll says she thinks Scott is “very brave” to do what he’s doing. They met online and have been dating five years.
