A man who was wanted for a violent home invasion on Saskatchewan’s Muskowekwan First Nation in January has been arrested.
On Aug. 25 at approximately 7:30 p.m., Regina police arrested Shane Wolfe, 31, who was wanted on an outstanding warrant in connection with the home invasion on Jan. 17.

According to police, at least seven people, all of whom were disguised, forced their way into the residence with various weapons, including steel bars, baseball bats and a firearm.

The home and a vehicle were significantly damaged.
Police say there were six adults and two children inside the residence at the time of the incident.
Two men were injured in the home invasion. They received medical treatment and were released from hospital.
Wolfe is facing eight charges, including break and enter and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.
He appeared in provincial court in Regina on Friday.
Vernon Bigsky, Jonas McNab, Jesse Wolfe, Brandon Albert, as well as a 15-year-old boy and a 16-year-old boy were also charged in connection with the invasion.
