Chrissy Teigen owns her post-baby body and stretch marks

Nobody is perfect, even Chrissy Teigen.

The new mom, who welcomed her first child with singer John Legend in April, has once again taken to social media to “get real” about her post-baby body and the effects pregnancy has had on her skin. Her goal is to help women everywhere embrace their “flaws.”

“My thighs have tributaries,” Teigen posted on her Snapchat. The caption was followed by a video close-up of the stretch marks on her inner thigh.

This isn’t the first time the Lip Sync Battle co-host has been vocal about body positivity, and has gone on to share pictures of the stretch marks on her thighs.

“Bruises from bumping kitchen drawer handles for a week. Stretchies say hi!” the model wrote in March.

She went on to say: “I have those apps, the Facetune and Photoshopping ones, and I just didn’t feel like doing it anymore… and I’m never doing it again, because I think we forget what normal people look like now,”

During an interview with Entertainment Tonightthe 30-year-old TV personality addressed the unavoidable pressure women feel to lose weight and look “perfect.”

“You just realize you have to give yourself time and understand that you push out a baby, and it took this long to put on the weight, and it’s not going to peel right off, and that’s OK.”

Teigen is the latest celebrity to proudly display their imperfections on social media in an attempt to promote self-love among fans.

Megan Fox once posted several photos of her forehead wrinkles to Facebook in a series she called “things you can’t do with your face when you have Botox.”

In 2012, model Tyra Banks called attention to her “juicy muffin top” in a photo she posted to Instagram.

“Check the juicy muffintop on my back! #AssMaintainence #PerfectIsBoring,” the host of America’s Next Top Model wrote.
