Calgary police are trying to determine if the injuries sustained by two men overnight could be related to the same violent incident.
The first victim arrived at the Peter Lougheed Centre at around 12:45 a.m. with a gunshot wound to his foot.
He told police he was shot near the Joey restaurant located on the corner of 32 Avenue and Barlow Trail N.E.
About an hour later, a second man arrived at the Foothills Medical Centre with a gunshot wound to his hand.
It’s unknown if the victims were injured during the same incident or if two separate shootings occurred.
Both victims suffered non-life-threatening injuries, according to Calgary police.
