UPDATE: On Wednesday morning, RCMP confirmed both Dakota and Alissa Banks had been located. They were found about 5 kilometres away from their residence on Tuesday evening.
RCMP are calling on the public to help them find a girl and boy from southern Alberta who haven’t been seen since 2 p.m. Tuesday.
Dakota Banks, 14, and Alissa Banks, 13, were last seen in a rural area near Okotoks.

Police said they’re both believed to be mentally disabled and are concerned they could both be at risk.
Dakota Banks is described as being 4’6″ tall, around 70 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes and wearing glasses. He was last seen wearing blue shorts and a blue sweater.

Alissa Banks is described as being 4’7″ tall, around 80 pounds, with light brown hair and blue eyes and was last seen wearing a purple sweater and pink capri pants.
Anyone with information on the missing teens is asked to call the Okotoks RCMP at 403-995-6400. Tips can also be anonymously submitted by contacting Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS), or online.
