REGINA – Regina Police are charging a 44 year old male with impaired driving after he was involved in a single vehicle crash early Sunday morning.
According to police, at 3:56 a.m., officers responded to a vehicle that had flipped over onto its side in the 800 block of Albert Street North.
The driver of the vehicle was the lone occupant in the car, and was treated for minor injuries by EMS who were on scene.
He is also charged with driving with more than 80 Mgs of alcohol in his blood. He is scheduled to appear in Provincial court on May 24.
