Toronto police are trying to figure out how a 55-year-old woman was found with life-threatening injuries in a park in downtown Toronto this week.
Police say they responded to a call on Tuesday at 11:40 p.m. and located the woman on the ground at Alexandra Park in the area of Bathurst Street and Dundas Street West.
The woman was then taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries. Her identity has not been released.
Police are appealing for witnesses who may have been in the area during that time.
