REGINA – With spring-like temperatures hitting Regina early this year, the city says that some outdoor rinks will no longer be maintained.

City crews are unable to flood rinks when the temperature is above freezing.

Starting February 19th a large number of outdoor rinks will no longer be maintained by the by the city and skaters are asked to use their own judgment when going on to the ice.
