Closing arguments will commence Thursday in the trial of former CBC radio star Jian Ghomeshi, on the eighth day of the high profile trial that has seen alleged victims deliver emotional testimony and face intense cross-examination.
Forty-eight-year-old Ghomeshi has pleaded not guilty to four counts of sexual assault, and one count of overcome resistance by choking. He acknowledged in 2014 that he engaged in rough sex acts, but said it was consensual.
