International Missing Children’s Day in Quebec

Children look at books at a day care center for children aged 12 months to six years on December 22, 2011 in Munich, Germany. Alexandra Beier

MONTREAL – To shine a light on Quebec’s missing children and to commemorate National Missing Children’s Day, please take a minute to watch these two videos.

The first is a moving documentary by Aalia Adam, one of our reporters.

For over 27 years, the Missing Children’s Network has been supporting, accompanying and guiding families who are searching for their missing children.

As the site itself puts it so beautifully, “Hope is more than just a simple word for these families; it becomes a way of living and surviving on a daily basis.”
