York Regional Police say a Vaughan, Ont. man reported missing since Sunday has been found safe.
Police say 55-year-old Seewai Toh was spotted by a citizen near Bathurst Street and Highway 407.
Toh was last seen on Jan. 31 around 11 a.m. after he left his home on Chaya Sara Gardens in the area of Major Mackenzie Drive and Bathurst Street.

A new image released by police was captured by a neighbour’s home security camera which showed the missing man wearing black track pants and a white striped jacket.
Police say Toh was seen walking east on Nosson Place 23 minutes after leaving his residence.
Authorities said he did not have a wallet, keys or a cellphone with him at the time of his disappearance.
