Winnipeg police ask for help finding suspect in convenience store robbery

WINNIPEG — Police are searching for a lone suspect after a late night robbery.

At approximately 2 a.m. Tuesday an armed suspect entered a store in the 1300 block of Henderson Highway. Once inside he confronted an employee and fled with some merchandise taken from the store.

No one was hurt in the incident.

The suspect is described as approximately 35-years-old, 5′ 5″ to 5′ 6″ and clean shaven.
