REGINA – Markus Howell has caught on with the Roughriders as the team’s new receivers coach.
Howell joins the Green and White after spending the previous five seasons coaching with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers, the last four as the club’s receivers coach.

Howell played 11 seasons in the CFL, spending time with Winnipeg, Ottawa and Calgary as a receiver, defensive back and returner. He caught 151 passes for 2,062 yards and nine touchdowns.
He won his first Grey Cup in 2008 with the Calgary Stampeders.
