‘Duck Dynasty’ couple, the Robertsons, adopting 13-year-old boy

It looks like the Robertson family, made famous on TV show Duck Dynasty, is getting bigger.

One of the show’s figurehead couples, Korie and Willie Robertson, have announced that they’re adopting a 13-year-old boy, another son, into their brood. Willie is the son of outspoken family patriarch, Phil Robertson.

Korie posted a picture of her children, along with the new addition (he’s standing in the middle of the photo).

The Robertsons has not revealed his name yet, but suffice it to say they are overjoyed to have someone else join their family.

“We are excited to be in the process of adopting a new son!” wrote Korie. “He’s been with us since May, but we wanted some privacy and time for him and our family to bond before telling the world (It’s a bit of an adjustment coming into this big, crazy family, ha).”

“He’s amazing, and we are all so thrilled to have another kid around the house,” she said.

The Robertsons are already parents to five kids — their three biological children, John Luke, Sadie and Bella, another adopted son, Will, and a foster daughter, Rebecca, who came to live with the family as a Taiwanese exchange student in 2004.

This announcement comes just two days after Rebecca revealed that she’s engaged.

Duck Dynasty‘s new season premieres on A&E on Jan. 13 at 9 p.m ET/8 p.m. CT.
