Investigators believe that Tooley and an unidentified person were involved in an altercation. Tooley was robbed of his bag and the suspect left on foot. Police say they do not believe this was a random attack and they think drugs may have played a role.

Rory Martin Stevens, 42, is wanted on Canada-wide warrants for manslaughter and robbery in connection with this case. Police say that they believe Stevens may be in Ontario.

Stevens is described as approximately 6’1” tall, and weighs 170 pounds. He has brown hair and hazel eyes.
