“It’s important to take a moment to thank those who have served for their service and to appreciate their contributions,” said Dr. Brian Joseph, the senior director of animal management and conservation for the Assiniboine Park Conservancy.

The zoo is also partnering with the Canadian Forces Appreciation Program to offer 10 per cent off admission to the zoo for current and past military members and their families.
