Environment Canada has issued a frost advisory for parts of west-central Saskatchewan including the North Battleford, Biggar, Lloydminster, Kindersley and Rosetown areas.

The agency says some plants may be damaged or even destroyed by frost.

Clear skies and light winds will allow temperatures to drop to the freezing mark across the region overnight into early Friday with frost expected.
