PENTICTON — He’s the brother of an accused Penticton murderer. Now, prosecutors believe he may have been more involved in the death of a 26-year-old woman than originally alleged.
Pier Louis Robotti was first charged with being an accessory after the fact to murder and performing an indignity on a human body.
Those charges have been dropped and Robotti is now accused of second-degree murder.
He and his sister are accused of killing Roxanne Louie over the Christmas holiday.
Louie’s body was discovered in a wooded area in Naramata in January.
