A Penticton judge is expected to make a decision this morning on whether to grant bail to the two people charged in connection with the death of 26-year-old Roxanne Louie.

Sixty-five-year-old Grace Elinor Robotti is facing a charge of second-degree murder of her daughter-in-law.

She is the paternal great-grandmother of Louie’s three-year-old son.

Pier Louis Robotti, Grace’s 61-year-old brother, is accused of being an accessory after the fact to murder, and committing an indignity to a body.

The victim disappeared in January under suspicious circumstances while on a visit to Penticton.

The exact motive in the case is still unclear.

It is alleged Louie’s body was found in the wilderness between Naramata and Chute Lake.
