Federal Election 2015: Saint-Laurent riding results

Real time live results available on Monday, October 19 2015 after polls close. Overall results will be available here.

Summary: Though his term as Liberal party leader was short, Stéphane Dion’s career as an MP has been very long. First elected here in a by-election in 1996, a win in 2015 would give him 8 straight victories.

Boundaries: This riding closely resembles the former riding of Saint-Laurent—Cartierville. The name change reflects the move of Cartierville to the neighbouring riding, which also includes Ahuntsic.

Last Election: Liberal Dion won by 5,778 votes over the NDP candidate in 2011. Under the new riding boundaries, his victory would have been slightly smaller, at 4,478 votes.
