TORONTO – Police have a man in custody after five garbage bins were set on fire in Toronto’s west-end overnight.
Officers responded to calls of the torched bins around 1 a.m. in the Dovercourt Park area between Dufferin St. and Ossington Ave.
Police managed to apprehend a male suspect a short time later. No injuries were reported as a result of the fires.
Authorities are asking citizens who have any property damage to contact police.
