Longueuil police arrest alleged teen sexual predator

LONGUEUIL – Police have arrested an 18-year-old Longueuil man in connection with two separate sexual assault incidents that took place at the end of May and beginning of June.

The first attack was May 29 around 3:40 p.m. when the man allegedly approached a victim on the corner of Aberdeen and Lorne streets in Saint-Lambert.

The second incident was reported on June 4 around 12:45 a.m. as the victim was walking on Barre road in Vieux-Longueuil.

In both instances, he grabbed the victims and tried to kiss them.

The man was questioned and then released with the promise that he would comply with certain conditions.

He is facing two charges of sexual aggression.
