HALIFAX – A 17-year-old man is facing charges in connection with a hit-and-run collision in Halifax.
Police say a car ran into another vehicle on Brunswick Street around 1:20 this morning.

They say the driver and passenger fled on foot when officers arrived, but were caught a short time later.
The teenager faces a charge of failing to stop at the scene of an accident.

He is due in youth court at a later date.
Police say another person was released without charges.
