WINNIPEG – A vehicle flipped and at least one other was damaged in a three-car collision on Balmoral Street at Notre Dame Avenue just before 9 a.m. Monday.
One person was taken to hospital in unstable condition but has since been upgraded to stable, police said.

A vehicle was upside-down on the south Balmoral Street sidewalk at 9 a.m. Balmoral was closed to traffic west of Notre Dame and southbound Notre Dame was also closed following the crash.
