RCMP search for Okotoks soccer field flasher wearing ‘Creeper’ T-shirt

CALGARY – Okotoks RCMP are asking for the public’s help to identify a man who exposed himself in public twice in the past month.

Both incidents happened in the early evening near the soccer fields in the Drake Landing neighbourhood of Okotoks, south of Calgary.

At about 5 p.m. on June 19, police said, a man walked by two girls with his genitals exposed. He didn’t say anything or make physical contact.

The man is described as about 30 years old, white, 5’6” and slightly overweight. Police said he was wearing a dark baseball hat and cream-coloured plaid shorts with dark brown and dark green lines.

At about 7:55 p.m. on July 14, someone believed to be the same man walked towards two girls with his genitals exposed. He was described as about 30 years old, wearing shorts and a Minecraft T-shirt with the “Creeper” character on it. Police said he may have driven away in a dark-coloured SUV.

Okotoks RCMP want to speak with anyone who may have seen the man or could provide information as to his identity. RCMP did not provide a sketch of the suspect.

The matter is still under investigation.
