BRECKENRIDGE, Colo. – Snow carvers from Quebec took first place in the 22nd annual International Snow Sculpture Championships in Breckenridge, Colo. over the weekend.

Team Canada-Quebec carved a scene of man sitting in front of ice houses – once used to preserve meat and fish in Quebec – out of a 20-ton block of snow.

Team Germany finished in second place and Team Baltic, representing Latvia and Estonia, took third.
