TORONTO – Construction Control Inc., a building construction and renovation engineering firm with operations across Canada, said Friday it has acquired Kleinfeldt Consultants Ltd., another multidisciplinary engineering firm based in Ontario.
The purchase price for KCL, which is seen as supplementing CCI’s existing market presence with expertise in building science, forensic engineering and litigation support services, was not disclosed.

Founded in 1961, Mississauga-based Kleinfeldt provides comprehensive engineering support for residential, industrial and commercial building-related issues.
Toronto-based CCI, founded in 1972, provides engineering services related to the construction and rehabilitation of building structures. Customers include leading financial institutions, REITs, property managers, condominium corporations and government institutions.
