WATCH ABOVE: Hillary Clinton’s official presidential campaign website has launched a web store – and now you can dress just like your favourite politician. John Hadden reports.
Now you too can look like a boss — if you buy the Hillary Clinton “everyday pantsuit tee.” The former Secretary of State launched her web store, full of apparel, stickers, and accessories on Tuesday.
Clinton launched her presidential bid in April, as the lone woman in the field and up against Senator Bernie Sanders who announced his candidacy on April 30.
The store is a less political (and less weird) than Republican candidate Rand Paul whose store featured a “Don’t drone me, bro” shirt, an “NSA Spy Cam blocker,” and a game of cornhole.
Clinton’s offerings are a little tamer and include normal political staples like lawn signs and hats.
But the store also offers more memorable items like the “everyday pantsuit tee” and a $55 throw pillow which reads “A woman’s place is in the White House,” and is “the perfect touch for any home, whether it’s 1600 Pennsylvania Ave or simply Pennsylvania,” according to the website.
Surprisingly, there’s no reference to the ‘texting Hillary’ meme.
