“We train up to 20 hours a week, and it’s really hard to keep these girls motivated when there are so many demands to be met,” explains Andrew Vetter. “So I just tried to figure out a way that I could get them to do their exercises while having a little bit of fun.”

So far, the video has been viewed over 19 million times on Facebook, and almost 400,000 times on YouTube.
