CALGARY – A video showing a stunning synchronized abdominal workout is gaining popularity online.

The video features six women completing sit-ups, crunches, kicks and planks while listening to “Uptown Funk” by Mark Ronson featuring Bruno Mars.

The routine was choreographed by Calgarian Andrew Vetter, who works as a coach at Gymtastics Gym Club.

“We train up to 20 hours a week, and it’s really hard to keep these girls motivated when there are so many demands to be met,” explains Andrew Vetter. “So I just tried to figure out a way that I could get them to do their exercises while having a little bit of fun.”
