Saskatoon police make arrests in Patrick Crescent shooting

SASKATOON – Two men have been charged after a shooting in Saskatoon last month. It happened on Jan. 26 at a residence in the 1000-block of Patrick Crescent.

Witnesses told police a man fired one shot at the building before fleeing in a white SUV. No one was injured.

A sawed-off shotgun was found at the scene of the shooting, which police say was not a random act.

Two men, 26 and 42, are facing numerous charges including assault with a weapon, discharging a firearm and possession of a prohibited weapon.

The 42-year-old man appeared in Saskatoon provincial court Tuesday morning while the second man will be making a third court appearance on Feb. 11.
